Since acquiring the Colonial Water Systems in December 2021, Aquarion has been focused on developing a plan to address water discoloration issues experienced by our Dover, Massachusetts customers. Now our multi-step plan has been set into motion. Track our progress on this page.
In some instances, Dover residents have observed that darker water comes from the faucets when hot water is used, but clears when running the cold water for approximately 1 minute. If discoloration occurs, run your cold water to clear any water discoloration that may present in your plumbing.

If you are a Dover customer who has been affected by water discoloration, you may eligible for reimbursement. To request reimbursement, complete the Online Reimbursement Form below and attach photos/scans of your receipts.
