The Torrington Water Company has a number of options available to customers for bill payment including e-billing, pay online (without enrollment), or pay by phone. Depending on the option you choose, payments may take several days to post to your account. If a payment is made after the due date, please contact us to avoid any collection activity.

Pay Bill Online or by Phone (One-time Payments)

  • No enrollment required
  • Aquarion account number and the zip code where your bill is mailed needed to make one-time payment
  • Pay with your checking account or credit card
  • Payment will be posted within two business days
  • Non-residential customers in Connecticut will be charged a $1.95 service fee for one-time payments by our payment processing agent, KUBRA. Aquarion does not receive any revenue from the fee charged by KUBRA for processing payments.

  • You will still receive your paper bill by mail
