System improvements, upgrades and projects
We are continuously working to maintain and improve the water system. Some of the major projects we are currently working on involve the installation of new, or the replacement of existing, equipment and facilities needed to provide safe, reliable water service.
Main Replacement in Monroe, CT: Osborne Lane, Ripton Ridge & Goodhill Lane
We will be replacing 4900 feet of main beginning March 28th, 2024 on Osborne Lane, Ripton Ridge and Goodhill Lane. Due to construction, customers should expect minor traffic delays and possible detours during the working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work is expected to be completed by July 2024. Final paving will be scheduled in coordination with the town and state.
