COVID-19 Payment Program Enrollment Date Extended To April 20, 2021

Aquarion reminds customers about payment assistance programs available

BRIDGEPORT, CONN. – February 8, 2021 – With Connecticut’s state of emergency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic extended to April 20, 2021, the enrollment period for the COVID-19 Payment Program is also extended to April 20, 2021.  Both residential and commercial customers are eligible for payment arrangements and are encouraged to call Aquarion’s Customer Service Center at 1-800-732-9678 to learn more.   

Important Dates:

  • Enrollment for the COVID-19 Payment Program for residential and non-residential residential customers is open until April 20, 2021.

COVID-19 Payment Plan Details:

  • The COVID-19 Payment Program is available to residential and commercial customers in Connecticut, regardless of income, through April 20, 2021.
  • Pay past due balances over a period of up to 24 months.
  • As long as you make your payments, your service will not be disconnected for the duration of your plan.
  • No down payment is required, and no fees or interest will be charged from the beginning of the pandemic through the end of your plan.

Voucher Program Details:

  • Connecticut customers who qualify can receive a one-time voucher. Voucher amounts range from $50 to $250 based on eligibility.
  • Customers can download an application at www.aquarionwater.com/assistance or www.operationfuel.org.
