  • Suspended all customer water shutoffs for nonpayment
  • Waved late fees
  • Offering flexible payment plans for past due bills
  • Turned water back on for previously shutoff customers
  • Offered an assistance program to eligible customers

“We thank PURA for scheduling these informational webinars for utility customers across the state.  This is an excellent way to make sure customers are aware of the options available to them” said Lucy Teixeira, Aquarion Vice President of Administration.  “Aquarion is committed to providing the safe, high-quality water service our customers are dependent on during this difficult time.”
