System improvements, upgrades and projects
We are continuously working to maintain and improve the water system. Some of the major projects we are currently working on involve the installation of new, or the replacement of existing, equipment and facilities needed to provide safe, reliable water service.
Pump Station Replacement in Monroe, CT: Pastors Walk Road
We will be replacing the existing pump station with a new facility on the same parcel of land beginning in May 2023. Due to construction, customers should expect minor traffic delays and possible detours during the working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
