System improvements, upgrades and projects

We are continuously working to maintain and improve the water system.  Some of the major projects we are currently working on involve the installation of new, or the replacement of existing, equipment and facilities needed to provide safe, reliable water service.

There will be a shutdown June 23rd on Hillspoint Road to cut and cap the main as part of an ongoing project to improve our infrastructure. This shutdown will affect customers on Hillspoint Road, Lamplight Lane, Pond Edge Road, and Edgewater Hillside Road.

Work will be performed between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Customers may experience no water, discolored water, and/or low pressure during this time. If water will be needed during those hours, please plan accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact the project manager below.

To keep customers informed about scheduled/unscheduled work, Aquarion utilizes an Everbridge notification system to call affected customers. Aquarion encourages customers to sign up for this free service at www.aquarionwater.com/alerts-and-outages.
