Reimbursement Form for Discolored Water Issues
How to request reimbursement
Aquarion Water Company is reimbursing eliglbe Dover, Massachusetts customers for weekly water purchases made after September 1, 2023, for discolored water issues in the Dover Main System (see eligible streets).
To receive a reimbursement for your water purchases, please complete this form in its entirety, including an itemized receipt listing the dates, quantity, and the cost of the water purchased. The sum of weekly purchases may not exceed $20.00.
